Promotion Eyes monitors all coupon payments cleared by the redemption agent by closely reviewing weekly or monthly retailer submission reports supplied directly by the redemption agent. The mechanics and conduct of this service are largely transparent to the client, but can be audited and are thoroughly reported.

Using data from standard redemption agent reports, we look for coupon shipment characteristics that indicate potential suspect activity. Then, using tools available from the redemption agent and elsewhere, we verify the retailer’s identity and examine his submission history for signs of suspicious activity. Payment is withheld from retailers determined to be suspect until they can show proof-of-purchase covering the coupons in question. An important component to this service is based on our sensitivity to each client’s customer service concerns. We handle all inquiries from retailers related to coupon issues, whether precipitated by our service or not.

Ranging in size from very large marketers like Unilever, Johnson & Johnson and Coke USA, to smaller, but still important, companies like American Popcorn and Kiwi, all of our clients enjoy significant, real, and measurable savings from our fraud control services. We audit coupon transactions worth more than $700 million a year from major redemption agents.

Promotion Eyes fee is a percentage of the actual savings that you realize and includes no hidden costs or extra charges. You pay only when we have saved you money. Should a retailer have payment reinstated, regardless of reason, any fee associated with the amount repaid is returned to you.
