Joseph J. Santella, Vice President
James Santella (44), founded Santella & Associates in 1988 after acting as the Director of Audit Services for Donnelley Marketing, a division of the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation. He has provided consulting services to companies, both in the U.S. and Europe involved in promotion marketing utilizing the Internet and has provided advisory services relating to the strategic planning and development of new business ventures in the United States and internationally. His expertise in database marketing and electronic promotions enables him to analyze and recommend innovative marketing strategies to the client. Focusing on innovative programs combined new technology and effective marketing communications to satisfy the needs of the brand manager and the consumer. He assists the client in achieving their profitability goals by designing strategies for relationship marketing and defining electronic customer services for the Internet. In addition, he has assisted in developing strategic alliances for promotion related Internet organizations. Santella & Associates has been an active member
of the Association of Coupon Professionals (ACP) since 1991 and James Santella
was an Executive Officer on the
Board of Directors for the association. Mr. Santella has participated on
numerous industry committees including the Internet Task Force and is a member of the Promotion
Marketing Association (PMA), U.S. Postal Rebate Fraud Task Force, The American Society for Industrial Security
(A.S.I.S.) and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
He started Marketing Promotion News in 2001 which was read by thousands of Consumer Product Goods Brand Managers and sold the magazine in 2003. He presently consults companies in several areas including Financial Security, Credit Card Fraud, Identity Theft and Executive Security. He also contracts for clients Incentive Travel Programs throughout the U.S., Mexico and Europe.
